Eran Shay

Founder of Benefit Business Solutions, Eran Shay previously led the Financial Advisory Services practice at Deloitte in Gibraltar and has been working with Deloitte for over 15 years, initially based at the Tel Aviv office, Israel. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Regulatory Support, Business and Strategic Planning, Valuations, and Transaction Support. Throughout his career, he has led several Initial Public Offerings on the London AIM and Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and has advised on numerous M&A transactions, overseeing every stage from target screening and due diligence to financial closure. His experience spans industries including crypto exchanges, fintech, online gambling, and other e-businesses. In addition to his advisory work, Eran serves as President of the Gibraltar-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the European Small Business Alliance (ESBA). He holds a Master's degree in Banking & Finance from Middlesex University, London.
